Refund policy

Order Cancellations

In case of order cancellations, please note that they are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 10 days. Regrettably, we cannot provide a refund or exchange if 10 days have passed since your purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to proceed with your return. Please avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers have a period of 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage to the equipment. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ED Supply does not provide prepaid labels for returns.

You can manage your returns by logging into your customer account here.

When logging in, you’ll receive a one-time email code. Please make sure to use the same email address used when placing your order, so your order history can be matched and displayed correctly.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific circumstances:

  • Any item not in its original state, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
  • Any item returned beyond 10 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, re-check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You can then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items from our Sale Items collection.
