Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This policy outlines how subscriptions work, how you can manage them, and when you're eligible for changes or cancellations.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically at the same hour your initial order was placed, unless you choose to prepay.

Subscribers will receive a 5% discount on their initial orders, and starting with the third order, the discount increases to 10%. These discounts apply automatically to eligible subscription products.

You can manage your subscription by logging into your customer account here. From there, you can access order links in your confirmation emails and manage your preferences in the customer portal.

If a payment fails, our system will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times. Each retry happens with a delay of one day. If the subscription reaches the maximum number of failures, it will be automatically cancelled.

Subscription pricing is locked in from your initial order, so you’ll continue to pay the same price even if product prices change later.

Delivery Costs

  • Delivery costs will be automatically updated based on your shipping rates after the subscription is created.
  • If you edit the delivery address, add/remove products, or swap products, the delivery cost will update automatically.
  • If the customer received free shipping due to the initial order total, but the subscription doesn’t meet that threshold, shipping will be adjusted accordingly.

Managing Your Subscription

  • You can change product quantities. Discounts will adjust proportionally when you increase or decrease quantities.
  • You can add one-time products. These will be removed after the next renewal.
  • Subscription discounts apply to newly added products, according to the discount rules in place.
  • Prepaid subscriptions do not support product edits or removals.
  • You cannot edit your subscription until you’ve completed the required minimum number of renewals.

Self-Service Options

  • Change billing/shipping addresses.
  • Change delivery frequency (intervals).
  • Pause or cancel subscriptions (if available based on your renewal status).
  • Skip an upcoming payment.
  • Reschedule a payment or invoice.
  • Charge yourself at any time using the “Place order now” button.
  • Retry failed payments manually.
  • Apply discount codes to active subscriptions.

If cancel or pause options are not visible in your portal, it may be because you have not yet completed the minimum number of payments required. A message will explain why these options are not available.
