We had to customize to fit our fridge and still it doesn't work properly unfortunately. After 2 visits with a qualified plumber it seems like the angle of the tubing and the elbow at the end still won't flow properly so as you see in the video it ices up and gives the machine no water to make ice. Design of this universal part needs some adjustments it seems in design. My fridge says on the sticker ice maker part #W11510803

This is the 3rd I have and they work real good.
Purchased on 4/23/2025 on line the refrigerator and corrected the order (pictured fridge had no Dispenser) and specified I required model KBSN708MPS with no dispenser. Immediately they verified if it was available in Puerto Rico, and they confirmed it was but required transportation to their own warehouse. Unfortunately it took more than a week and another week for delivery today 5-14-2025. It was a replacement to a similar KitchenAid 48" model and it has just been installed. Finishes seem to be upgraded for this newer model- hope it maintains the same reliability.
